Are you new to Lifetime Dental? Welcome! We’re glad you found us and are considering making us your new dental home. We want to make your experience with us as smooth as possible, so we’re providing information that you need to know about your visit in advance. If you have questions about any of this, don’t hesitate to contact our Gainesville dental office. Our team will be happy to help however we can.
For your first appointment with us, we ask that you arrive a little early so that you can provide the necessary insurance and medical history information. When we call you back for your visit, we’ll get digital X-rays and check for gum disease through perio charting. Then Dr. Her will perform a comprehensive exam and let you know if he finds anything that needs attention. After a thorough dental cleaning, you’ll then talk to our dental office manager who will discuss the logistics of your treatment plan, if necessary.
To get a head start on the necessary paperwork, you can download and fill out our New Patient Forms before you even come to our dental office.
